砍切喂入双辊式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机设计与试验

摘    要:香蕉是我国重要的经济作物,在亚热带地区得到了广泛种植,对海南省区域经济发展起重要作用,而随着香蕉种植面积的增加,香蕉秸秆废弃物处理也成了一个制约香蕉产业发展的瓶颈问题。为此,设计了一种能通过一次田间作业将香蕉假茎整株粉碎的砍切喂入双辊式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机,并阐述了整机结构的设计方案和工作原理,进行了主要部件关键结构参数和运动参数的设计。样机田间试验表明:机器的前进速度为1m/s、喂入辊的转速为95. 54r/min、甩刀的转速为1 100r/min时,香蕉假茎的粉碎质量合格率为96. 46%,田间覆盖率为88. 40%,满足香蕉假茎粉碎还田的农艺要求。

Abstract:Banana is an important economic crop in China.It has been widely cultivated in subtropical regions and plays an important role during economic development of Hainan province.With the increase of banana planting area,the disposal of wastingbanana straw has become a bottleneck restricting the development of banana industry.According to the above problems,this paper designs a machine which can crush false stem of banana absolutely,illustrating design schematic of whole machine and working mechanics and determining the structure parameters and motional parameters of main components for returning machine.Field experiments show that when the prototype of the machine speed was 1.4m/s,the feed roller speed was 127.39r/min,jilt knife speed of 720r/m,the percent of crushing banana stemwas 96.46%,meeting the standard requirements.
