基于ARM的联合收割机谷物产量计量系统的研究

摘    要:以联合收割机谷物产量计量为研究对象,利用压力测产传感器,采用S5PV210微处理器,设计了一套基于ARM的联合收割机谷物产量计量系统,实现了谷物产量的实时计量。田间动态试验结果表明:联合收割机谷物产量计量系统误差范围为3.93%~3. 91%,控制在4%以内,误差波动较小,准确率较高,能够达到设计要求,符合联合收割机的实际测产要求。

Abstract:Taking the measurement of the grain yield of the combine harvester as the research object,it introduced a set of grain output measurement system to realize the real-time measurement of the grain output based on the ARM by using the pressure measuring sensor and using the S5PV210 microprocessor.The field dynamic test results show that the error range of the grain output measurement system of the combine harvester is 3.93%-3.91%,the control is within 4%,the error fluctuation is small,the accuracy rate is high,and the design requirement can be reached,which conforms to the actual production requirement of the combine harvester.
