双螺旋式有机肥撒施机抛撒性能影响因素建模与试验

摘    要:围绕影响双螺旋式有机肥撒施机撒施粪肥效果的作业参数进行研究,以ADS120型有机肥撒施机作为样机,分别利用仿真建模分析与试验验证的方法,对有机肥撒施机在不同作业速度、推板速度、螺旋转速条件下的撒肥量、作业效率及撒肥均匀性进行分析。三因素正交试验结果表明:作业速度是影响撒肥量和施肥效率的主要因素,螺旋转速是影响撒肥宽度的主要指标。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the operating parameters that influence the effect of Sprinkling manure on double spiral organic manure spreader. With ADS120 organic fertilizer spreading machine as a prototype, the different operating speed, push plate speed, the amount of fertilizer on spiral speed, operating efficiency and fertilizer uniformity were analyzed by using simulation modeling and experimental verification methods respectively. Orthogonal experiments of three factors have shown that the operating speed is the main factor affecting the amount of fertilizer and fertilizer efficiency. However, spiral speed is the main indicator of spreading width.
