摘    要:针对我国新疆葡萄自然干燥周期长、干燥过程中灰尘多及伴有沙粒、虫子和褐变现象,使干燥品质降低的问题,设计开发了葡萄干燥装置。该装置采用太阳能集热装置和自动送风机构,能循环完成加热、去湿、烘干等工作。干燥装置主要包括集热系统、送风系统、温湿度控制系统、去湿系统等组成。试验结果表明:在控制太阳能集热器温度、风机风速、葡萄干燥质量等条件下,对新疆葡萄进行烘干作业,葡萄的干基含水量指标可达0. 1,干燥效果符合葡萄干品质要求。该装置设计合理,效果良好,为葡萄干燥作业提供了参考。

Abstract:The grape drying device was designed and developed for the long natural drying cycle of grape in our country,the dust in the drying process,the phenomenon of sand grains,insects and browning,and the problem of reducing the drying quality.The device adopted a solar heat collecting device and an automatic air supply mechanism,and could complete the heating,dehumidification,and drying work.The drying device mainly comprised a heat collection system,an air supply system,a temperature and humidity control system,a dehumidification system and the like.The test results showed that:Under the conditions of solar collector temperature,fan wind speed,grape drying quality,and other conditions,the dried grapes of Xinjiang can be dried.The dry base moisture content of grapes could be up to 0.1.The drying effect meets the quality requirements of raisins;the design of the device was reasonable.The effect was good and provides a reference for the grape drying operation.
