3 D打印技术在拖拉机零部件模具制造中的应用

随着科技发展对材料的不断需求,利用快速成形技术直接制造金属功能零件将会成为主要发展方向,3 D打印技术正在快速改变着人们传统的生产方式和生活方式。在拖拉机零部件的设计制造过程中,部分结构复杂的零部件往往采用铸造的方式,需要结构复杂的模具。为了提高模具的生产效率,将3D打印技术引入到了模具的设计制造过程中,有效地提高了模具的加工制造效率。为此,以拖拉机轴承座的设计制造为例,对方案的可行性进行了验证,并建立了轴承座的三维模型,最后通过软件切片的方式生产了3D打印模具的工艺文件。通过对传统加工方法和3D打印模具制造方法进行对比发现:采用3D打印技术对拖拉机部件进行设计制造,可以有效地缩短设计周期,减少设计工序,降低设计成本。

Research on the Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Manufacture of Tractor Parts and Mould

With the continuous demand for materials in the development of science and technology,it will be the main development direction of this technology for the direct manufacturing of metal functional parts by rapid prototyping technology.3D printing technology is changing people's traditional mode of production and life style quickly.In the process of design and manufacture of tractor parts,parts of complex parts are often used in casting,which requires complex structures.In order to improve the production efficiency of the die,the 3D printing technology is introduced into the design and manufacturing process of the mould,which effectively improves the manufacturing efficiency of the die.Finally,taking the design and manufacturing of the tractor bearing seat as an example,the feasibility of the scheme was verified,and the 3D model of the bearing seat was established.Finally,the process document of the 3D printing mould was produced by the software slice.By comparing the traditional processing method with the 3D printing mould manufacturing method,it is found that the 3D printing technology is used to design and manufacture the parts of the tractor,which can effectively shorten the design cycle and reduce the design process,thus reducing the design cost.
