小籽粒蔬菜种子精密排种器试验研究

摘    要:我国粮食作物的播种机械发展迅速,播种机械基本满足了播种的精度要求,但针对小籽粒蔬菜种子播种机械的研究还比较少,且主要以气力式播种机为主。其加工制造成本高、结构复杂,机械式排种器存在排种精度不足、可靠性差等问题,且由于蔬菜种子籽粒小、不规则,很容易造成种子的破损,难以保证播种的精度与质量。针对机械式排种器存在的问题,设计了一种沉孔轮式排种器,并完成了排种器的试制与试验。

Abstract:According to our country's development of grain crops planting machinery rapidly,seeding machinery to meet the basic requirements of the precision seeding,but for the study of small grain vegetable seed sowing machine is still relatively small,mainly in the pneumatic drill,but the high cost of manufacture,complex structure,and the mechanical seeder metering accuracy problems insufficient,poor reliability,and because small,irregular grain vegetable seeds,it is easy to cause the seed damage,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and quality of sowing.In view of the problems of mechanical seed metering device,a type of wheel type seeding device is put forward,and the trial and test of the seed metering device is completed.
