白掌组培苗育苗期可视化建模研究

摘    要:为给花卉种苗自动化生产装备开发提供形态设计参数,为普通育苗户提供育苗过程中各时间点育苗质量评价依据,研究白掌组培苗在标准生长环境下的三维动态仿真模型。针对白掌组培苗育苗阶段,采用机器视觉测量法对育苗过程跟踪测量,分析苗的主要外形参数与生长时间的关系,得到各主要外形参数生长曲线。结果表明:白掌苗各外形参数均与时间呈现二次多项式函数关系,且相关性皆在0. 85以上。根据其外形参数曲线及函数关系,结合参数L系统生成白掌育苗期动态仿真模型,通过与标准生长环境下的苗状态对比,其生长状态基本一致。研究结果可为其他观叶类花卉种苗的动态测量和建模提供参考。

Abstract:In order to offer the morphological design parameters for the flower seedling automatic production equipments development and provide basis for evaluation of seedling quality at various time points,the plant physiology and growth morphological model of spathiphyllum floribundum tissue culture seedlings under standard growth conditions was studied in this paper.For each sample seedling,its mainly shape parameters were surveyed every ten days.The measurement results showed that in nursery stage,the mainly shape parameters are all have polynomial function relations to the time,and the correlation R 2 are above 0.85.Combined with the parameter L system,the dynamic simulation model of spathiphyllum floribundum at seedling stage can be generated,and its growth state is basically the same by comparison with the seedling status under the standard growth environment.The results can be used for other foliage plants and provided a reference for the dynamic measurement and modeling of seedlings.
