基于圆盘式切割器的木薯茎秆切割试验研究

摘    要:以收获期木薯茎秆为研究对象,在自行研发的切割试验台上进行木薯茎秆切割试验,通过对刀片刃角、刀盘倾角、切割角、刀盘转速、机器前进速度等因素对最大切割力及功耗等指标进行单因素、多因素试验。试验结果表明:刀片数量对茎秆切割影响不大;最大切割力与刀片刃角、刀盘倾角、切割角、刀盘转速及机器前进速度相关;随着刀片刃角、切割角及机器前进速度的增大,最大切割力增大;随着刀盘倾角及刀盘转速的增大,最大切割力呈减小趋势。

Abstract:In order to harvest cassava stalk as the research object, test cutting in cassava stalk cutting test bench developed, based on the knife edge angle, angle cutter, cutting angle, cutter speed of the machine and other factors on the maximum cutting force and power consumption and other indicators of single factor and multi factor experiments. The experimental results show that the knife cutting has little effect on the number of stem;maximum cutting force and blade angle, angle cutter, cutting angle, cutter speed of the machine.With the increase of blade angle, cutting angle, the forward velocity of the machine, the maximum cutting force increases with increasing angle cutter, cutter speed, maximum the cutting force decreases.
