微耕机刀辊降耗和机具匀速钢带驱动的试验

摘    要:由汽油机提供动力的自走式微耕机耕作时匀速性差,旋耕刀辊每转不同时刻的切土阻力和功耗波动较大。为了提高刀辊的切削稳定性及整机的操控性,对刀辊进行了改进设计,并为某型号微耕机增配了地轮驱动系统。对原刀辊和改进刀辊的切土过程进行的数值模拟结果表明:改进和优化后的刀辊切土功率峰值和平均功率分别比原刀辊降低了32.3%和41.5%,最大切削阻力降低了49.9%,切削力和切土功率波动有效减小,为机具增配驱动轮提供了功率保障。改进前后机具的对比试验表明:改进后的机具工作正常,未出现功率不足的现象,且具有更好的耕作匀速性,操控难度降低,耕作效率提高。研究结果为同类微耕机增配使机具匀速前进的驱动系统提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The self-propelled micro-tiller, which is powered by a small gasoline engine, has a poor uniform speed during the tillage, and the cutting resistance and power consumption fluctuates greatly at different times. To improve the cutting stability of the knife roller and the handling of the whole machine, the steel belt drive wheel is equipped with a certain type of handheld tiller, and the knife roller is improved. The numerical simulation results of the cutting process of the original and the improved knife roller show that the peak and average power of the cutting progress are reduced by 32.3% and 41.5%, and the maximum cutting resistance reduced by 49.9%, the cutting force and cutting power fluctuations effectively reduced, which provides power protection for the machine with additional drive wheel. The test result of the soil bin experiment shows that: the improved machine can work normally, and there is no power shortage phenomenon, the tillage speed uniformity is better, the difficulty of manipulation is reduced and the tillage efficiency is improved. The results provide a theoretical basis to add the uniform speed drive system for the same kind of micro-tiller.
