摘    要:快速无损检测水果糖度、硬度及含水率等内部品质对确定水果的营养价值和分级销售有着重要意义。为准确利用理化特征对苹果内部口感品质进行无损分级,提出了一种基于随机森林的苹果内部口感品质多语义分类模型。采用苹果的介电参数作为随机森林模型的输入,基于TF-IDF算法对苹果内部口感品质进行分类,依据介电参数推断苹果的理化特征。实验结果表明:该方法可有效实现对苹果内部口感品质的多语义分类,均方根误差为0. 51,可为水果等农产品的无损检测及分级提供参考。

Abstract:Rapid and nondestructive detection of fruit’s sugar content,hardness,moisture content and other internal quality has important significance to determine the nutritional value of fruit grading and sales.For the accurate use of physical and chemical characteristics of nondestructive classification of Apple Internal taste quality,this paper proposes an internal apple taste quality random forest multi classification model based on semantic.The dielectric parameters of apple as a random forest model input,TF-IDF algorithm to classify the apple internal quality based on taste,based on the physicochemical characteristics of the dielectric parameters of apple.The experimental results show that this method can effectively achieve the semantic classification of apple taste quality,the root mean square error is 0.51,could provide a reference for the nondestructive testing and grading of fruit and other agricultural products.
