摘    要:采用PCR-SSCP法对白羽番鸭脂联素基因全编码区和内含子进行多态性检测,并分析其多态对肌内脂肪(IMF)和血清总胆固醇(TC)的遗传效应,为番鸭分子标记辅助选择提供参考.结果表明:3个SNP分别在外显予1和外显子2的编码区发生A167G和G711A突变,为沉默突变,在内含子发生C290T突变;3个SNP位点均处于Ha...

Abstract:The whole coding region and intron of adiponectin gene were amplified with 4 pairs of primers designed from Cairina moschata DNA sequence(GQ873067) and its polymorphism was detected by PCR-SSCP method,and then its association with intramuscular fat(IMF) and serum total cholesterol(TC) were analysed.Three SNPs(A167G,T290C and G711A) were found.A167G and G711A,which belonged to silence mutations occurred in exon1 and exon2 coding region respectively,and T290C mutation was produced in intron.The three SNP loci...
