| 摘 要： | 生态脆弱地区的扶贫开发，发展经济固然重要，但绝不能以生态环境的破坏为代价，而应建立在充分保护和改善生态环境的基础上，探索一条生态环境保护与社会经济发展有机结合的绿色路径。本研究基于宁夏六盘山集中连片特困地区经济社会基本条件，围绕人与自然和谐相处，坚持绿色发展理念，创新性地构建宁夏六盘山集中连片特困地区的绿色发展路径，从而推动生态文明建设，为贫困地区经济社会发展开辟绿色路径。

| Abstract: | Developing the economy may be top priority in the process of the Aid-the-Poor Program in Frail Environment Zone. However, we should never achieve the goal at the cost of the environment. Instead, combining economic development with environmental protection is the basic way. Based on the survey on the development conditions in Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area, we advocate a policy of maintaining the amicable relations between the human being and nature and upholding green development strategy. |
