低度冲击径流抑制技术之功能与应用

摘    要:山坡地地表植被具有滞蓄地表径流与降低洪峰的自然功能,植被一旦遭受破坏,暴雨径流将因坡度陡急且无阻滞而加速集中,下游流量相对变高形成洪水,随着经济活动的日益发展造成居民生活空间暴露在山洪威胁下的情形与日俱增。集水区流域防洪减涝,过去大都强调将流域降雨径流集中往河川下游汇集,末端排洪集中处理。近期开始已改变利用流域综合性防洪减涝措施,其中低度冲击径流抑制技术也被广泛的应用。将对低度冲击径流抑制技术作一探讨,在水文循环中所扮演的角色,并对其类型作一详细的分类与介绍。

Abstract:Vegetation on sloping land has the function of detaining surface runoff and lowering flood peak.Once the vegetation was destroyed,storm runoff will accelerate and flow together,the flow of the lower reaches will become higher and form flood.With the rapid development of economic activities,the people’s living space is severely threatened by mountain torrents.It was used to be emphasized that rainfall runoff flow together to the lower reaches of the river,in the end the flood will be drained off.Nowadays,the runoff restraint technique of lowering impact is widely used.This technique,its role in hydrologic cycle,and its forms are discussed in detail.
