氮钾营养对甜瓜生理效应及品质的影响

摘    要:研究了不同氮钾营养对甜瓜生理效应和品质的影响。结果表明,氮对根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性影响大于钾;低氮时增施钾肥明显促进甜瓜植株生长,在氮84~112mg/L的供应范围内,根系活力受氮供应水平影响很大,其活性随氮供应增加而显著提高,适量氮肥对提高甜瓜果实中Vc含量有促进作用;钾对甜瓜果实中糖含量的影响大于氮素。试验得出:无土栽培下采用钾234mg/L、氮112mg/L植株生长较好、果实中糖分含量高,栽培效果最好。

Abstract:The experiment indicated: different factors have obvious discrepancy for production and quality. Nitrogen was more vigorous than potassium for root; Suitable nitrogenous fertilizer could raise the Vc content in muskmelon. However, the influence of Potassium is larger than nitrogen for sugar content in fruit. Experiment showed: Under soilless culture it is highest production and good qualities with white summit and match with potassium 234 mg/L, the nitrogen 112 mg/L.
