| 摘 要： | 主要从政府视角对采煤塌陷地土地综合整治规划的相关问题进行了研究。通过对基于政府视角和企业视角的采煤塌陷地土地综合整治及规划的对比分析,指出了基于政府视角规划的合理性,并对政府视角进行采煤塌陷地的土地综合整治规划中应该注意的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This article mainly explore correlative problems about comprehensive regulation planning of subsidence land of coal extraction from the perspective of government.Based on the relative analysis of governmental perspective and the enterprise's perspective on comprehensive of subsidence land in coal mine area,the rationality of governmental perspective is pointed out,and it introduce what we should pay attention to on the comprehensive regulation planning of subsidence land. |
