摘    要:以辣椒疫霉为病原靶标菌,采用平皿体外筛选法分离到在皿内对辣椒疫霉有明显拮抗作用的放线菌17株,细菌及霉菌各3株;经辣椒盆栽接种复筛从中筛选出有明显抗病作用的放线菌7株,细菌和霉菌各1株;经鉴定,6株放线菌为链霉菌,霉菌为曲霉属疏展曲霉,1株放线菌和细菌未鉴定。

Abstract:The 17 strains of actinomycete, 3 strains of bacterium and 3 strains of fungus were isolated, which had obvious antimicrobial action against Phytophthora capsici through plate external screening. By further screening, that grew chilli in pot and inoculated with Phytophthora capsici and antimicrobe,7 strains of actinomycete, 1 strain of bacterium and 1 strain of fungus were selected because of their obvious disease resistance. 6 strains of actinomycete were identified Streptomyces. The fungus was identified Aspergillus effusus Tiraboschi 1 strain of actinomycete and the bacterium were unidentified.
