三倍体毛白杨结构大片刨花板制板工艺研究

摘    要:作者采用正交试验设计的方法 ,研究了以三倍体毛白杨为原料制造结构大片刨花板的工艺条件 ,详细讨论了热压温度、热压时间、施胶量、石蜡乳液工艺因子对刨花板物理力学性能的影响 .试验结果表明 :利用毛白杨制造结构大片刨花板是完全可行的 ,其产品的主要物理力学性能为 :密度 0 .71g cm3 ,吸水厚度膨胀率 11.2 %,内结合强度 0 .5 4MPa,静曲强度 45 .2MPa .

Abstract:Process of uniform-texture flakeboard made by triploid Populus tomentosa is studied in this paper. The effects of adhesive consumption, wax consumption, hot-pressing time, hot-pressing temperature are discussed in details. The results show that triploid Populus tomentosa is a suitable raw material for making flakeboard. The main physical and mechanical properties of the board could reach the requirements of Chinese national standard.
