濒危植物广西火桐种子繁殖技术及幼苗生长节律

摘    要:对广西火桐(Erythropsis kwangsiensis)的种子发芽与苗木繁育技术进行了研究。结果表明:广西火桐种子无休眠期,宜随采随播,播后2 d开始发芽,7 d发芽结束,发芽率可达95%以上;种子贮藏方式以使用塑料袋密封低温贮藏为好,种子经低温贮藏2个月发芽率仍可达70%以上;培育广西火桐幼苗的基质以园土最好,其幼苗的平均株高较石灰土、酸性红壤土上的分别增长16%和33%,平均地径增长25%和47%;广西火桐幼苗的生长高峰期为7-9月。

Abstract:Seed propagation and seeding breeding of Erythropsis kwangsiensis were researched.The results showed that Erythropsis kwangsiensis′ seeds did not have the dormant period.It′s better to sow in time after collecting.The germination rates were over 95%,for tow days beginning to germinate and for seven days terminating.The germination rates were quite higher for seeds which are stored with plastic seal and low temperature.Through 2 months low temperature storage,the seed′germination rates were still over 70%.The best matrix for seedling cultivationwas garden soil,the average height of seedlings increased by 16% and 33% respectively compared with limeston soil and acid red soil,the average ground diameter increased by 25% and 47%.The fast growing period of seedling was from July to September in Guilin.
