摘    要:采用正交试验,研究了原料及助剂用量对膨化竹纤维-水泥复合材料的表观密度、抗压强度和吸声系数的影响.结果表明,随着纤维用量的增加,表观密度呈直线下降,抗压强度下降到一定程度后趋于稳定;少量铝粉能显著降低复合材料的密度,提高吸声系数,但过多则起反作用,抗压强度随铝粉用量增加而增大;脲醛胶(UF胶)用量对表观密度、抗压强度和...

Abstract:The effects of the materials composition such as bamboo fiber,cement,urea-formaldehyde(UF) resin,aluminum powder and R-C6H4-SO3Na,on density,compression strength and sound absorption coefficient of bamboo-cement composite was investigated.The results indicated that as the bamboo fiber content was increased,the density of composite decreased significantly while the compression strength decreased first then leveled off.Small amount of aluminum powder could lower composite density and increase sound absorption...
