关于吉林省湿地分类及设定红线的思考

按现行湿地分类标准,吉林省湿地资源分为4大类16型,但从吉林湿地资源特点及全省湿地保护实际出发,吉林省湿地分类系统有必要进行细化调整。在原有湿地分类系统基础上,吉林省西部湿地地区增加更能凸显迁徙鸟类生境的湿地型,沼泽湿地类中增加泥炭沼泽型。鉴于吉林省湿地保护现状,吉林省有必要划定湿地保护红线。本文对吉林省湿地保护红线划定原则、方法及相关责任落实等方面提出建议。

Thought about wetland classification and wetland boundary in Jilin province

There are 4 major categories 16 types wetland resource in Jilin province based on current wetland classification criteria.It was necessary to make detailing adjustment to the wetland classification system of Jilin province from the per-spective of wetland resources characteristics and wetland protection situations.The wetland type which highlighted migratory birds habitat increased in the west wetland areas in Jilin province on the basic of the original wetland classification system. It increased mire type in marsh wetland.It was necessary to delimit wetland boundary in Jilin province in the view of the wetland protection situation.This paper put forward the suggestions on the principle and method of wetland boundary devel-opment and the related responsibility of wetland boundary in Jilin province.
