摘    要:扫描电镜观察发现橘小实蝇触角上有刺形感器、毛形感器和锥形感器3大类感器。刺形感器主要分布在梗节和柄节上,为机械感器;毛形感器和锥形感器仅分布在鞭节上,其中毛形感器是化学感器。研究切除触角不同部位后的橘小实蝇对蛋白的反应,结果表明橘小实蝇蛋白感器主要分布在鞭节上。

Abstract:Three types of sensillum on the antenna of Bactrocera dorsalis were observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).They were sensilla chaetica,sensilla trichodae and sensilla basiconica.Sensilla chaetica found only on scapus and pedicellus was mechanoreceptor.Sensilla trichodae and sensilla basiconica were found on flagellum.Sensilla trichodae was chemoreceptor.The experiments of B.dorsalis which were ablated different parts of antenna responded to protein were done.The results indicated the sensilla responsing to protein were on flagellum.
