| Abstract: | In this paper,the current state and characteristics of the public welfare forest and commercial forest harvesting management system of the foreign countries were studied and analyzed,and some relevant proposals were put forward combining with the reform of forest harvesting management system in our country.It would provide a reference for improving the forest harvesting management system of China. |
