西藏油菜野生种质资源植株形态遗传多样性分析

摘    要:对来自西藏拉萨、山南、日喀则、昌都等6个地区、38个县的50份油菜野生种质资源形态多样性进行分析,结果表明:西藏油菜野生种质资源形态多样性十分丰富,变异系数最高为72.04%,多样性指数最高达为0.9821;通过主成分分析,前6个主成分代表了西藏油菜野生种质资源形态多样性的85.19%,各主成分包含的形态性状具有一定的相关性,而且不同主成分之间差异较大;基于形态性状应用非加权配对法聚类,截距为1.61时可划分为5大类群,这五大类群的划分与株高、分枝数、角果数、分枝部位等性状关系密切。由此可见,西藏油菜野生种质资源存在极其显著的形态性状的遗传变异和丰富的多样性,丰富多样的种质资源为西藏油菜的研究利用提供了丰富的遗传基础。

Abstract:In order to widening germplasm resources of Tibetan wild rape and to provide better genetic resources for doing research,analysis are being done for 50 morphological characters of wild rape germplasm resources from 38 counties of 6 districts in Tibet Autonomous Region.The results show that:(1) there are abundant genetic variation in agronomy traits for Tibetan wild rape germplasm,the highest coefficient of variation is 75.00%.Available pod number has highest diversity index with value of 0.9821;(2) principle component analyses resulted 6 main components from 21 agronomy traits of Tibetan wild rape.The cumulative contribution rate is 85.15%,and the available pod number has the highest contribution rate of 42.99%;(3) based on non-weighted linkage method of clustering for morphological characters,5 main groups can be clustered at genetic distance level of 6.61.The 5 groups are short stem with heavy seeds,multiple branches with multiple pods,tall stem with few branches etc.
