| 摘 要： | 用纸层析法代替进口阴离子树脂Dowex的柱层析法以分离海藻酸中的糖醛酸组分,再改用薄层层析法制取标样D-甘露糖醛酸和L-古洛糖醛酸。还改变了比色测定的条件,结果能满意地测定海藻酸中各糖醛酸组分之比值。

| Abstract: | Aldonic acids in alginic acid were separated by Paper Chromatography instead of Column Chromatography with imported anion-exchange resin Dowex. Pure D-Mannuronic acid and L-Gluronic acid were obtained by Thin Layer Chromatography. By changing the conditions of spec-trophotometry.such as the amount of phenol and the wavelength,the ratio of constitutes of alclonic acids in alginic acid could be satilfactorily determined. |
