水稻广亲和与非广亲和品种蛋白质的比较研究

摘    要:
本文对水稻广亲和与非广亲和品种种子蛋白质组分进行了单向和双向电泳分析,获得了较清晰而稳定的结果。发现籼稻和粳稻亚种间电泳图谱有明显差异,而广亲和与非广亲和品种间蛋白组分未发现规律性的差异。又用SDS-PAGE方法比较了广亲和与非广亲和品种水稻叶片、花药的蛋白组分,未现4个广亲和品种水稻花药蛋白质中均有一条共

Abstract:
Seed proteins from rice of wide compatibility varieties and nonwide compatibility varieties were analysed by one-dimensional and two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Consistant electrophoretogram were obtained. Differences between Japonica and Indica cultivars were observed, while a difference between wide compatibility varieties and non-wide compatibility varieties was found.Soluble protein components in rice leaves and anther tissue between wide compatibility varie-ties and non-wide compatibility varieties were compared by SDS- PAGE. One unique protein band was found on the electrophoretogram of the anther proteins of four wide compatibility varie-ties.
