不同烟草品种对烟草赤星病的抗性比较

目的]了解10个烟草品种对烟草赤星病的抗病性,为酉阳烟区烟草品种的选用提供参考.方法]采用田间小区试验,比较了生产中常用的10个烟草品种对烟草赤星病的抗性,并对各品种的农艺性状进行了测量.结果]烟草赤星病发病从轻到重的顺序依次为云烟87、云烟97、南江3号、NC297、中烟103、红花大金元、K326、NC102、云烟85和贵烟4号,其中云烟87烟草赤星病发病率和病情指数均最低,分别为22.5％和3.16,云烟97和南江3号的发病率和病情指数与云烟87很接近,分别为23.0％、3.32和24.5％、3.22,同属于发生相对较轻微的品种,上述3个品种对烟草赤星病的抗性相对较高,而K326、NC102、云烟85以及贵烟4号的发病率则相对较高,均高于30％,对烟草赤星病的抗性相对较低.南江3号的株高、茎围、腰叶长、腰叶宽等农艺性状均显著高于其他品种.结论]综合比较抗病性和农艺性状,南江3号具有很好的栽培价值,适合在酉阳烟区推广种植.

Comparison on Resistance of Different Tobacco Varieties against Tobacco Brown Spot

Objective] The resistance of ten tobacco varieties against brown spot disease was understand to provide reference for selection of tobacco in Youyang smoke cultivated area.Method] The resistance of ten tobacco varieties against brown spot disease was compared by using field plot test,and agronomic traits of the varieties were measured.Result] According to the resistance to brown spot disease from light to heavy,the ten varieties was in order of Yunyan 87,Yunyan 97,Nanjiang 3,NC297,Zhongyan 103,Safflower Daikin Yuan,K326,NC102,Yunyan 85 and Guiyan 4.Among them,Yunyan 87 had the lowest brown spot disease incidence and disease index,and they were 22.5％ and 3.16 ; Yunyan 97 and Nanjiang 3 had close brown spot disease incidence and disease index with Yunyan 87,and they were 23.0％,3.32 and 24.5％,3.22 respectively,so the three varieties were highly resistant to brown spot disease.K326,NC102,Yunyan 85 and Guiyan 4 had higher disease incidence,with above 30％,which indicated that the brown spot resistance was relatively low.The agronomic traits of Nanjiang 3 were significantly higher than other varieties,such as plant height,stem circumference,waist-leaf length and waist-leaf width,and so on.Conclusion] According to disease resistance and agronomic characters,Nanjiang 3 has good cultural value,and is suitable for Youyang smoke cultivated area.
