| 摘 要： | 社会主义制度下的农业政策具有调节农村生产关系、自觉运用农业经济规律、维护农民整体的长远利益、促进科技发展等多重作用.该研究从2004～2014年我国出台的农业信息化政策入手,主要从各年的中央一号文件及研究期间的国民经济发展五年规划方面进行深度分析研究,在此政策背景下探讨农业信息化基础设施、信息资源、服务模式、信息技术、系统平台等农业信息化各方面的发展现状,并对我国农业信息化的发展前景进行展望.

| Abstract: | Agricultural policy under the socialist system adjust rural relations of production,conscious use of agricultural economic laws,and maintain the overall long-term interests,promote the development of science and technology and other multiple roles.The policy of agricultural informatization during 2004-2014 in China were analyzed deeply,the development process of agricultural informatization about agricultural infrastructure,information resources,service model,information technology and system platform were discussed,and the prospect of China＇ s agricultural informatization was forecasted. |
