| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省68所乡镇成人学校问卷调查数据的统计分析,以及与市、县教育局职业与成人教育管理者和乡镇成人学校校长的专题研讨,阐述了该省乡镇成人学校现状以及存在的主要问题,并探讨解决这些问题的对策,以更好地促进乡镇成人学校的发展。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the questionnaire census data of 68 rural adult schools in Hebei Province,and the seminar on rural adult schools with the adult education administrators,headmasters of rural adult schools and bureau of education of cities and couties,the essay demonstrates the current situation of rural adult schools and their existing problems in Hebei.What's more,it also explores the countermeasures of solving these problems in order to improve the develo-pment of rural adult schools. |
