淮河流域农业气候资源条件分析

摘    要:淮河流域地处暖温带和北亚热带两大气候带的过渡区 ,属半湿润季风区 ,它是我国重要的农业生产基地。该地区所处的区位和农业发展现状决定了其农业生产对气候条件有很强的依赖性。笔者着重分析了对农业生产有重要影响的气候资源条件 ,主要是光能资源、热量资源和降水资源。在此基础上提出了趋利避害的农业生产措施以促进淮河流域农业生产的发展

Abstract:Huaihe watershed lies between water systems of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River.It is an important field of grain and cotton production in our country.Huaihe watershed spreads warm temperate zone and north subtropical zone.It is located on humid monsoon region, where the distinction among four seasons is evident.The light, heat and water resources in this region harmonize fairly with each other.The yearly distribution of water and heat synchronizes with the growth of crops.The average duration of sunlight in a long run is 2000-2700h and its distribution in north is more than in south.The solar radiation is enough for the crop growth.The days that have no hoar frost is about 200-250 in one year.The average temperature of one year is 11.8-16℃.The average precipitation of lots of years is 898mm, but the distribution is not very well.It is means distribution not only in four seasons, but also between each year.This is caused by the position of the watershed where it is prone to be influenced by the Mongolia high-pressure and Pacific low-pressure by turns.How to utilize the advantageous condition and avoid the disadvantageous condition are the key for the region to develop production.The climate resources and the influence on the agriculture production were analyzed in this paper.In the end, several suggestions be put forward by the writers for the agricultural development.
