香菇菌种液体培养基的优化

摘    要:通过5种不同碳、氮营养源对香菇的培养研究,筛选出最佳碳源为麦芽糖,最佳氮源为麸皮。在此基础上,采用正交试验进行菌种液体培养基最佳配方的筛选,确定最佳培养基配方为:麸皮100%、麦芽糖3%、MgSO_40.15%、KH_2PO_4 0.1%。该研究为香菇液体菌种的生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the studies of five different kinds of carbon and nitrogen nutritious sources,malt sugar was found the best carbon source;bran was selected as the best nitrogen source,subsequently,an orthogonal experiment was conducted to acquire the best formu- la of culture medium for liquid strain of mushroom,The results showed that the best medium contained 100% bran,3% malt sugar, 0.15% MgSO_4 and 0.1% KH_2PO_4 This research was for a theory basis for the production of liquid swain of mushroom.
