双流道泵内压力脉动的CFD计算及测试

摘    要:基于计算流体动力学软件Fluent,应用滑移网格技术,对一比转速为99的双流道泵在设计工况下的内部流场进行非定常计算,得到不同时刻叶轮和蜗壳内监测点的压力脉动规律.计算结果表明叶轮流道内不同位置处点的压力波动在一个周期内呈现周期性变化规律,同时从进口到出口逐渐升高,压力出现波峰和波谷的时间间隔大致相同.蜗壳流道内,离隔舌位置越近,压力波动越大,蜗壳出口的压力波动呈周期性变化规律,关于基圆中心对称的两个点的压力波动规律非常相似.利用虚拟仪器技术和水下压力传感器测量了蜗壳出口处的压力脉动,对比结果表明数值计算结果与试验压力结果基本一致,满足压力脉动预测的要求.

Abstract:Based on Fluent software of computational fluid dynamics,the internal unsteady flow in a double pump with specific speed of 99 was numerically calculated under design condition by adopting sliding mesh technique. The pressure fluctuation principle of detecting points at different time in the impeller and volute channels was obtained.
