不同密度玉米群体子粒转化酶与灌浆强度的关系

摘    要:以中单909和吉单35为试验材料,在大田条件下设4.5万、7.5万、10.5万株/hm~23个种植密度,研究不同密度群体子粒转化酶与子粒灌浆强度的关系。结果表明,在花后10~50 d内,两个品种玉米子粒酸性转化酶呈降低趋势,中性转化酶呈先增加后降低趋势。随着种植密度增加,灌浆速率降低,子粒千粒重降低;两个品种玉米产量呈先增加后降低趋势,中单909和吉单35均在7.5万株/hm~2时达到最高产量。灌浆10~30 d较高的转化酶活性对灌浆起到促进作用;灌浆40~50 d较高的转化酶活性不利于子粒灌浆。

Abstract:The maize cultivars ZD909 and JD35 were used to study the relationship between invertase in grain and grain-filling, in field condition with different densities. The result showed that in 10 to 50 days after anthesis, the acid invertase activity decreased and neutral invertase activity rise first then decreased. With the increasing of plant density, grain-filling rate and thousand-grain weight decreased, and reached the maximum yield at 75 000 plant/ha. Correlation analysis showed that higher invertase activity promoted grain-filling in 10 to 30 days after anthesis, probably in favor of endosperm cell proliferation, and were not conducive to grain filling.
