佳县不同品种红枣抗裂性比较研究

摘    要:为筛选出适合佳县地区种植的红枣抗裂品种,利用枣果浸泡试验,分析了‘佳县长枣’、‘狗头枣’、‘赞皇枣’、‘骏枣’、‘壶瓶枣’、‘金丝小枣’、‘圆铃枣’、‘晋枣’、‘灵宝枣’、‘木枣’10个佳县本地栽植的红枣品种裂果率和吸水率的变化趋势,比较不同品种的抗裂性。试验结果表明,在浸果过程中,红枣的裂果率在24 h内基本呈直线增加,72 h后达到稳定。不同红枣品种在脆熟期浸果后一定时期内(24~48 h)的裂果率和吸水率线性相关。不同品种之间的红枣裂果率差异显著,‘骏枣’裂果率最高,为93.3%,‘圆铃枣’裂果率最低,为26.7%,其次为‘佳县长枣’和‘灵宝枣’。因此,适合佳县栽植的较好红枣抗裂品种为‘圆铃枣’、‘佳县长枣’和‘灵宝枣’。

Abstract:In order to select anti-cracking jujube cultivars which are suitable for planting in Jiaxian County, the change trends of fruit cracking rate and water absorption rate of ten local jujube cultivars, including‘Jiaxianchangzao’, ‘Goutouzao’, ‘Zanhuangzao’, ‘Junzao’, ‘Hupingzao’, ‘Jinsixiaozao’, ‘Yuanlingzao’, ‘Jinzao’, ‘Lingbaozao’, ‘Muzao’, were analyzed through laboratory experiment under soaking condition, the crack resistances of 10 jujube cultivars were compared. The results showed that, the fruit cracking rate of jujube increased almost in a straight line in less than 24 hours, and tended to be stable after 72 hours. There was a linear dependence between the fruit cracking rate and the water absorption rate of different jujube cultivars during soaking time of 24 to 48 hours in mature stage. The fruit cracking rate significantly varied among different cultivars of jujube, ‘Junzao’ had the highest fruit cracking rate of 93.3%, while ‘Yuanlingzao’ had the lowest of 26.7%, followed by ‘Jiaxianchangzao’ and ‘Lingbaozao’. As a result, ‘Yuanlingzao’, ‘Jiaxianchangzao’ and ‘Lingbaozao‘ were selected as suitable cultivars for planting in Jiaxian County.
