摘    要:目的]探讨不同鹿茸片的有效鉴别方法。方法]采用SPSS软件对梅花鹿茸片、去血梅花鹿茸片、劣等梅花鹿茸片、假鹿茸片的红外光谱数据进行聚类分析。结果]4种鹿茸片的红外光谱图谱存在明显差异;聚类分析表明,去血梅花鹿茸片和梅花鹿茸片为一类,成分没有明显差异。结论]傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)软件相结合为梅花鹿茸的质量鉴别提供了一个客观有效的方法。

Cluster Analysis of IR Spectra Data in Sika Deer Chip

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effective identification methods of sika deer chip.Method] The cluster analysis of infrared spectral data of sika deer chip,sika deer chip without blood,inferior sika deer chip and fake sika deer chip were performed using SPSS software.Result] The IR spectra of four different sika deer chip showed many differences.Cluster analysis showed that sika deer chip and sika deer chip without blood were in the same group and presented not significantly difference.Conclusion] The combination method of FT-IR and SPSS software is objective and effective for quality the identification of different sika deer chip.
