摘    要:目的]优化茯苓深层发酵菌丝体的多糖提取工艺。方法]在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,选取提取时间、提取温度和水料比3因素3水平的响应面法优化茯苓多糖的提取工艺。结果]提取时间、提取温度以及水料比与茯苓多糖得率存在显著相关性(P〈0.05);茯苓多糖水浸提最佳工艺条件为:提取时间4.3 h,提取温度73.8℃,水料比29.8∶1;多糖得率理论值达到2.45%,实际得率可达2.57%。结论]采用响应面法优化工艺得到的提取条件可信,具有可行性和应用价值。
