广西玉米杂交种种质基础和杂优模式分析

摘    要:五、六十年代,广西玉米杂交种以优良农家品种作为亲本系德育和推广品种间杂交种为主,七十年代大量引进外来玉米种质,以选育和推广单交种为主,但八、九十年代主要以墨黄9号群体改良种为育种核心种质,以选育和推广顶交种和三交种为主。五十年来,广西玉米单产水平的提高,主要得益于玉米种质资源的扩增、改良和创新。目前,广西玉米育种所利用的种质主要为6种杂种优势群。即墨黄9群、Lancastcr群、Reid群、施大红

Abstract:Analysis of germplasms utilized in maize breeding and commercial seed production was conducted.The results demonstrated that the increase of maize yield level i n Guangxi during 1950-1990 years was profited chiefly from the broadening,impro vement and invention of maize germplasm resources.The main maize germplasms in G uangxi were divided into six heterosis groups: Moyellow 9,Lancaster,Reid,Ludohonggu,Sipingtou and ot hers.Three main heterotic patterns which widely used in Guangxi were proposed:La ncaster group/Moyellow 9 groups, Reid groups/Moyellow 9 groups and other grou p/Moyellow 9 groups.The results also showed that both maize germplasm base and heterotic patterns in Guangxi were very narrow.Broadening,improvement and invent ion of maize germplasm resources in Guangxi should be strengthened.
