眉山市食用菌示范生态观光园的规划

我国食用菌具有悠久的栽培历史,是国际食用菌市场的主要供应国,并且在食用菌的医药、保健和商业价值方面研究成果突出。随着食用菌产业的快速发展,建立食用菌示范生态观光园为消费者提供更多有关食用菌文化和培育过程等方面的信息资源成为食用菌产业发展的重要方向。为促进食用菌产业的绿色生态发展,以四川省眉山市食用菌示范生态观光园建设为例,通过分析论证的方式研究食用菌生态观光园的规划设计,为眉山市打造一个集餐饮、采摘和观光为一体的食用菌示范生态观光园的建设提出科学性和实用性的建议,以促进眉山市食用菌产业的可持续发展。

Study on the Planning of Edible Fungi Demonstration Ecological Tourism Park in Meishan City

China’s edible fungi have a long history of cultivation,which is the main supplier of the international edible fungimarket,and have outstanding achievements in researching the medical,health and commercial value of edible fungi.With the gradual development of the edible fungi industry,people’s demand for edible fungi is not limited to purchase and consumption.Therefore,the establishment of an edible fungi demonstration eco-tourism park provides consumers with more information resources about edible fungi culture and cultivation processes.An important direction for the development of the edible fungi industry were put forward,in order to promote the green ecological development of the edible fungi industry,taking the construction of the edible fungi demonstration eco-tourism park in Meishan city,Sichuan province as an example.The planning and design of the edible fungi eco-tourism park is studied through analysis and demonstration to create a collection of food,picking and the construction of an edible fungi demonstration eco-tourism garden with tourism as a whole.The scientific and practical suggestions to promote the sustainable development of edible fungi industry in Meishan city were put forward.
