奶牛隐性乳房炎快速诊断技术(BMT)的应用

摘    要:随着奶牛业的发展壮大,乳房炎、蹄病和奶牛寄生虫病已成为严重危害奶牛业健康发展的常发疾病了。为有效降低奶牛乳房炎的发生,提高奶牛场的经济效益,降低奶牛的淘汰率,使奶牛业早日走上一条良好的发展之路,积极进行了奶牛隐性乳房炎快速诊断技术(BMT)的应用与推广工作。BMT的优点是直接测定乳汁中体细胞数,方法简易,效果准确,可在牛旁进行。通过5个月的应用,阳性百分比由8月的4.9%下降到1.9%,强阳性百分比由8月的5.9%下降到1.3%;通过2008、2009年同期(10月)比较,奶牛乳房炎的发病率由同期6.2%下降到4.3%,降低了1.9个百分点,这些数据证实了该项技术在防治奶牛乳房炎上效果显著。
