摘    要:
从黑龙江省作物根部土壤以及腐质土中筛选得到92株产植酸酶的菌株,对透明圈直径与菌落直径之比大的菌株进行复筛,结果发现26号菌的酶活力较高且稳定性较好。将其作为出发菌株,经过紫外线物理诱变和硫酸二乙酯(DES)化学诱变后,液态发酵培养产植酸酶的活力提高了1.97倍,且经过传代试验发现该诱变菌株的遗传性状稳定。对该菌进行初步鉴定,将该菌株归为穗霉属。

Abstract:
Ninety-two phytase-producing strains were isolated form soil samples of Heilongjiang Province. With rescreeing test by selecting higher ratio of translucent region to strain diameter in culture, strain No. 26 was selected because it had higher ability to produce phytase with good stability. Therefore, strain No. 26 was chosen as target strain to study its phytase-producing ability. Mutated by UV and DES, strain No. 26 could produce phytase 1.97 times more than before, and had good heredity stability in fermentation test. According to the morphological results by microscope and transmission electron microscope, strain No. 26 was identified as Spicariaharting.
