摘    要:运用不完全双列杂交方法,采用加显性遗传模型,对小麦一些数量性状的狭义相关遗传力进行了分析。结果表明,在所研究的12个性状中,大多数性状间的狭义相关遗传力小于性状本身的狭义遗传力。当选择强度相等时,对主茎穗长和主穗粒数的表型选择可明显提高主穗粒重,而对主茎穗长的表型选择则明显减少单株穗数。单株粒重本身的狭义遗传力以及与其它性状间的狭义相关遗传力均较小,因此对单株粒重的直接选择或间接选择的遗传响应均较小。而它与主穗粒数、每株穗数、主穗粒重、千粒重的表型相关系数达显著或极显著水平,说明栽培措施对单株粒重的影响较大。

Abstract:Narrow Correlative heritabilities analysis were conducted based on the additive and dominance genetic model for quantitative traits of wheat in an incomplete diallel cross.The results showed that most narrow correlative heritabilities between the traits were smaller than the narrow heritabilities of the traits themselves. When selective intensity being equal,selection for panicle length of main axis and grains of main panicle according to phenotype could increase grains weight of main panicle. However selection for the panicle length of main axis according to its phenotype could decrease panicles per plant. The narrow heritabillty was small for weight of grains per plant,the narrow correlative heritabities were also small for between the weight of grains per plant and other traits. Therefore genetic advance was for direct and indirect selection in the weight of grains per plant. The phenotypic coefficient of correlation arived significant at 5 % or 1 % level for the weight of grains per plant and the grains of main panicle,the panlcle per plant,the grains weight of main panicle,thousand-grain weight. This showed the cultural practices had bigger effect on the weight of grains per plant.
