| 摘 要： | 随着我国乳制品业的快速发展,乳制品业已成为我国的朝阳产业,研究乳制品业发展具有重要意义。通过分析我国乳制品业的发展现状,指出我国乳制品业存在企业规模比例失衡、产品结构不合理及质量安全等问题,并就这些问题提出了相应对策。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of dairy industry,it has become a sunrise industry in our country.It is important to have research on the development of dairy industry.Through the analysis on the developing situation in dairy industry,this paper raises three problems,including the inconsistent ratio of enterprise scale,the unreasonable structure of product and quality safetyand so on.Then,some countermeasures are proposed. |
