家蚕保存种中限性品种的经济性状

家蚕限性系统是通过诱变手段，使载有显性标记基因的常染色体或Ｚ染色体的部分片段易位于Ｗ染色体上，然后与对应的具隐性性状的雄蚕交配，后代自交构成一个系统，使这些显性基因所控制的性状只出现在雌体，从而育成各种限性性状的蚕品种。限性系统的育成为家蚕育种提供了新的素材，其中斑纹限性系统已经在生产上大面积推广，其它限性系统的应用研究也正方兴未艾。本文主要讨论了各限性系统的获得经过及应用前景，介绍了中国农业科学院蚕业研究所保存的部分限性品种的经济性状。

Studies on the Economic Character of Several Different Sex-limited Silkworm (Bombyx mori) Lines

The sex-limited silkworm line was obtained by means of induction, which made part of the autosome or Z chromosome including a dominant mark gene translocated to W chromosome. The female was crossed to the male whick catches the recessive allele, their progeny was selfed to form one line. In this line, the character of dominant mark gene was only expressed in the females. So that kinds of sex limited races of silkworm were improved. The improved sex-limited races of silkworm have provided new materials in silkworm breeding, and the marking pattern sex-limited line has been used in production. The research of usage of others sex-limited line was under way. The methods of obtain- ing those sex-limited lines were introduced, and their usage in the future was discussed in this paper. The economic characters of several dif- ferent sex-limited silkworm lines(which was preserved in sericultural research institute, Chinese academy of agricultural sciences) were intro- duced in this paper too.
