摘    要:诱导抗病性(induced Systemic resistance,ISR)是生防菌对果蔬采后病害抑制的重要机理之一。生防菌的系统诱导抗性具有非特异性、广谱性和系统性。阐述了生防菌对果蔬采后的系统诱导,分析了生防菌系统诱导果蔬抗性的机制、信号转导的途径,为拮抗菌防治果蔬采后病害提供了新的研究靶点。
