摘    要:通过对平面四杆机构上某点所描绘的曲线进行运动分析,建立数学模型:利用内点惩罚函数法,通过计算机编制优化程序优化各杆长度及角度,再应用MatLab来实现连杆机构的运动轨迹曲线。优化设计实现给定十二个点轨迹的平面四杆机构,该程序能够明显提高设计效率且保证设计精度。

Abstract:According to the movement analysis on curves described by certain points on plane four-bar mechanism, the mathematical models were established;using inner point penalty function method and computer design, the length and angles of each bar were optimized, and by means of MatLab, the scheduled movement tracks of four-bar mechanism could be carried through. The optimum design of plane four-bar mechanism could realize the tracks of 12 specific points and the programme presented here could enhance the designing efficiency and insure the designing accuracy markedly.
