微型车轮罩开裂原因分析和改进措施

摘    要:对某微型车在10 000 km道路可靠性试验时轮罩开裂的原因进行研究,在对该问题实际调查的基础上结合有关理论,利用有限元软件对轮罩进行了强度和刚度分析。分析了该微型车轮罩裂纹形成的原因,提出了合理选用材料、优化结构设计和提高焊接质量等改进措施,轮罩开裂的情况得到根本解决。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of wheel spad cracking of a mini-car arised during the 10 000 km road reliability test,based on the practical investigations and related theories,using finite element software,the strength and stiffness of wheel spad were analyzed.The reasons for crack of wheel spads were found out,the improvement measures,including a reasonable selection of materials,structure-design and welding quality were proposed,the problem of cracking of the wheel spad was completely solved.
