基于回正性与轻便性的前轮定位参数优化设计

摘    要:分析了作用于汽车转向轮的转向力矩并推导了转向轮回正力矩与转向阻力矩的计算模型。根据此模型得出了转向手力矩及车轮回正时残余横摆角速度与前轮定位参数的函数关系。在此基础上提出了考虑回正性能与转向轻便性的主销内倾角与后倾角的优化设计理论。根据所述理论对某轻型货车前轮定位参数进行了改进设计,试验证明优化后的汽车具有更好的回正性能与轻便性。

Abstract:Analyzing the steering moment on the vehicle steering wheels a calculation model of self-turning moment and steering resisting torque is introduced. Based on this model, the relation between steering force, rudimental yaw rate and the caster and kingpin inclination is gotten by way of function. Based on these function, a theory for optimization of the kingpin inclination and caster is brought out. It is proved by test result that with optimized alignment parameter the vehicle has better returnability and handiness.
