摘    要:应用过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶技术,对苹果梨、身不知、朝鲜洋梨、延边谢花甜等4个延边地区特殊梨品种的分类地位问题进行了探讨.结果表明:苹果梨、延边谢花甜的酶带比较特殊,同时具有4个栽培种的特征酶带,身不知、朝鲜洋梨的酶带中含有西洋梨系统的1~2条特征酶带;通过相似系数比较和聚类分析,发现苹果梨与白梨系统亲缘关系较近,身不知归为砂梨系统、延边谢花甜归为秋子梨系统比较适宜,朝鲜洋梨与白梨和砂梨的亲缘关系较近.

Abstract:The peroxidase isoenzyme technique was applied to the systemic classification research of four pear varieties of Yanbian area.The classification status of Apple-pear,Shenbuzhi,Chaoxianyangli and Yanbianxiehuatian were investigated.Analyzed by the zymogram analysis of isodynamic enzyme of peroxidase,the enzymic bands of Apple-pear and Yanbianxiehuatian were more special and had characteristic enzymic bands of four cultivars.The enzymic bands of Shenbuzhi and Chaoxianyangli contained 1~2 characteristic enzymic bands of Pyrus.communis Linn.The Apple-pear belonged to P.broschneideri Rehd,Shenbuzhi belonged to P.pyrifolia Nakai,Yanbianxiehuatian belonged to P.ussuriensis Maxim,Chaoxianyangli and P.broschneideri Rehd had close genetic relationship with P.pyrifolia Nakai investigated by the comparison of similarity factors and cluster analysis.
