| 摘 要： | 分析了3S（遥感、地理信息系统、全球定位系统）技术及在城市环境管理中的优越性，对其在城市环境管理过程中，环境信息的采集、环境污染监测、环境评价及治理方面的应用进行了讨论。认为把3S技术应用于城市环境管理过程有利于城市管理和决策的科学化和现代化。

| Abstract: | The analysis of ＂3s＂ technologies,the advantageous application of 3s technologies on urban environmental management and the application of 3s technologies on urban management, such as, the collection of environmental information, the monitoring of environmental pollution and the environmental estimation,are all discussed in details. It was thought that the application of 3s technologies on urban environmental management would be benefit to the modernization and science of the city management and layout. |
