| 摘 要： | 粉碎是饲料生产的一道重要工序,对饲料生产成本、产量、后续加工工序、饲料的营养价值及动物的生长生产性能影响很大。文章通过分析影响粉碎工艺参数的因素,提出了提高粉碎质量的综合措施,对饲料粉碎参数与饲料营养价值、胃肠道形态学和动物生产性能的影响进行了讨论,并对粉碎工艺需要研究的内容与方向进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | Grinding is a very important process in feed production,which prominently influences feed production cost,feed productivity,following feed processing,feed nutritional value,and animal growing and reproductive performance.With systematical analysis of the factors which affect grinding,this paper puts forward the comprehensive measures to improve grinding processing quality,and discusses the effects of feed grinding parameter on feed nutritional value,gastro intestinal morphology,animal production performance,prospect feed grinding processing orientation and content which must be studied in future. |
