饲粮中添加葛根总黄酮对爱拔益加肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平葛根总黄酮对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响。选择健康1日龄AA肉鸡275羽,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复11羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加10、50、250、1 250 mg/kg葛根总黄酮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的平均日增重在8~14日龄、15~21日龄和29~35日龄时均显著高于对照组(P0.05),但在22~28日龄时显著低于对照组(P0.05);250 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的平均日增重在8~14日龄时显著高于对照组(P0.05)。10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的料重比在15~21日龄、29~35日龄和36~42日龄时显著低于对照组(P0.05),但在22~28日龄时显著高于对照组(P0.05)。各组AA肉鸡的平均日采食量差异不显著(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,10 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡胸肌、腿肌的亮度(L*)值显著降低(P0.05),红度(a*)值有升高趋势但差异不显著(P0.05);250 mg/kg添加组腿肌亮度值显著低于对照组(P0.05);50 mg/kg添加组胸肌、腿肌的黄度(b*)值均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。与对照组相比,250、1 250 mg/kg添加组AA肉鸡的胸肌剪切力显著降低(P0.05);250 mg/kg添加组的胸肌水分含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加10 mg/kg的葛根总黄酮可提高AA肉鸡的生长性能,但添加250 mg/kg的葛根总黄酮可改善肌肉的色泽和嫩度。

Effects of Dietary Puerarin Flavonoids on Growth Performance and Meat Quality of Arbor Acre Broilers
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary different level of Puerarin fla?vonoids on growth performance and meat quality of Arbor Acre ( AA) broilers. A total of 275 healthy one?day?old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 11 broilers per replicate. Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10, 50, 250 and 1 250 mg/kg Puerarin flavonoids, respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 42 days. The re?sults showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, the average daily gain ( ADG) of AA broilers in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly increased during 8 to 14, 15 to 21 and 29 to 35 days of age ( P<0.05) , but the ADG in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly decreased during 22 to 28 days of age ( P<0.05) . The ADG of AA broilers in 250 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly higher than that in the control group during 8 to 14 days of age ( P<0.05) . Compared with the control group, the ratio of feed to gain ( F/G) of AA broilers in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly decreased during 15 to 21, 29 to 35 and 36 to 42 days of age ( P<0.05) , but the F/G in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly in?creased during 22 to 28 days of age (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake (ADFI) of AA broilers among all groups (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the light?ness ( L?) value of breast and leg muscle of AA broilers in 10 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly de?creased (P<0.05), and the redness (a?) value in 10 mg/kg supplemental group had a raising trend (P>0.05) . The lightness value of leg muscle in 250 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . The yellowness ( b?) value of breast and leg muscle in 50 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . Moreover, compared with the control group, the shear force of breast muscle of AA broilers in 250 and 1 250 mg/kg supplemental groups was sig?nificantly decreased ( P<0.05) , and the moisture content of breast muscle in 250 mg/kg supplemental group was significantly increased ( P<0.05) . These results suggest that dietary 10 mg/kg Puerarin flavonoids can im?prove the growth performance, but dietary 250 mg/kg Puerarin flavonoids can improve the meat color and ten?derness of AA broilers.
